Scholarship play vital role in education by providing financial and materials support to the needy students who are unable to afford school and college education. Because of scholarship the needy students are able to continue their education and achieve the goal of their life. In short scholarships contribute significantly in fostering a more equitable educational system. NDS has also contributed in this filed by providing scholarship to more numbers of students in term of financial or educational materials (stationaries) support to needy students.

The objective of the Scholarship Project initiated by the Nepal Development Society (NDS) is to promote educational equity by providing financial and material support to students who are unable to afford school and college education. Specifically, the project aims to:

1. Facilitate Access to Education: Ensure that needy students can continue their education without financial barriers, enabling them to achieve their academic and career goals.

2. Promote Educational Equity: Contribute to a more equitable educational system by supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping to level the playing field.

3. Enhance Academic Success: Provide the necessary resources, such as financial aid and educational materials, to help students focus on their studies and perform well academically.

4. Empower Future Generations: Enable students to reach their full potential and become productive members of society, thereby fostering long-term community development.
