This is one of the major projects implemented by Nepal Development Society since its establishment. Under this construction project, NDS implements different construction programs like construction of cultural center, program halls, school buildings, poor houses etc. NDS implemented the different construction programs in close coordination with the local committee, vendors by taking a complete documentation process and proper approval from the local authorities from the concern local bodies.  

The objective of the construction project undertaken by the Nepal Development Society (NDS) is to enhance community infrastructure by implementing various construction programs. These programs aim to:

1. Promote Cultural and Social Development: By constructing cultural centers and program halls, NDS aims to provide spaces for cultural preservation, community gatherings, and social events.

2. Support Educational Infrastructure: The construction of school buildings is intended to improve educational facilities, thereby fostering a better learning environment for students.

3. Improve Living Conditions: Building houses for the poor is a crucial objective to ensure adequate and safe housing for underprivileged members of the community.
