Madarsa Al-Raiyan School Palpa Al Kuwaitiya building has been inaugurated on 11 November 2021 at Rampur Municipality, Ward No. 4, Islampur, Palpa, and handed over to Madrasa Noorul Huda Basic School. This 3 rooms building has been constructed by  Nepal development Society from the financial support of Rahma International Society Kuwait.
The Building was jointly inaugurated by Raman Bahadur Thapa, Mayor of Rampur Municipality and Gulam Rasool Miya, President of Al-Hera Educational Society.
Raman Bahadur Thapa Mawas the chief guest of program praised Nepal Development Society for its support in education and promised to expand support from the local government for the Muslim community in the coming days.
